Return, Refund and Exchange Policy

Welcome to Jain Silver Art Jewellery. We are dedicated to providing you with premium craftsmanship and Guaranteed 92.5% Pure Sterling Silver at prices significantly lower than other major platforms. To maintain our commitment to the lowest prices, we operate under the following policy:

1. Our 92.5% Purity Commitment

At Jain Silver Art Jewellery, every piece is crafted with 92.5% Pure Silver. We guarantee the authenticity of our silver. Each product undergoes a strict quality check to ensure it meets international purity standards before it reaches you.

2. 10-Day Return Policy

Customers may request a return within 10 days from the date of delivery. After this 10-day window, we will not be able to process any return requests.

3. 3-Day Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange your item for a different design, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery. Requests for exchanges made after 3 days will not be accepted.

4. Shipping & Courier Charges

  • Customer Responsibility: Since our products are priced much lower than our competitors, all shipping and courier charges for returns and exchanges must be borne by the customer.

  • Jain Silver Art Jewellery does not offer free reverse-pickup services. The customer is responsible for the safe and secure shipping of the item back to our facility.

5. Conditions for Return & Exchange

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • In its original, unused, and pristine condition.

  • In the original packaging 

  • Free from any signs of wear, scratches, or alterations.

6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the item at our workshop to verify its condition and purity, we will notify you of the approval. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare case of receiving a damaged or wrong product, Jain Silver Art Jewellery requires a clear unboxing video recorded at the time of delivery. Upon verification, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost to you.
