1. Delivery Timelines (Delhi NCR Special)
We offer faster delivery for our customers located in the Delhi NCR region:

Standard Delivery (Delhi NCR): Orders are typically delivered within 1 to 2 business days.

Express Next-Day Delivery: If you require guaranteed 1-day delivery in Delhi NCR, an additional courier charge will apply. Please select the "Express Shipping" option at checkout or contact us immediately after placing your order.
2. Standard Delivery (Rest of India)

For orders outside Delhi NCR, the estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 business days.
3. Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders: We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all prepaid orders across India.

Express/Priority Shipping: Any request for 1-day or urgent delivery (including Delhi NCR) will attract extra courier charges, regardless of whether the order is prepaid or COD.

Cash on Delivery (COD): Standard shipping/COD fees apply to all COD orders.
4. Courier Charges for Returns & Exchanges

To maintain our Lowest Price Guarantee, please note that Jain Silver Art Jewellery does not provide free reverse pickups.

Even for Delhi NCR orders, if you wish to return (within 10 days) or exchange (within 3 days) a product, the return courier charges must be paid by the customer.
5. Purity & Packaging
All orders are shipped with a 92.5% Pure Silver Guarantee. We highly recommend recording an unboxing video to claim any damages during transit.
